Pick up service and orientation week

Orientation Week

The orientation programme has been designed to familiarise you with all aspects of living and studying in France and to provide you with the background information and practical skills you will need to get the most from your stay. During the orientation week, the International office and the International students association Melting Potes will help you with administrative issues and your integration in Dijon and France. You will be introduces to the International Relations coordinator in charge of the partnership with your home insttitution.The programme also provides you with a chance to meet other students and make new friends.

Pick-up Service at Dijon Train Station

In order to facilitate your arrival, our pick-up team will offer a welcome and free pick up service at Dijon train station on :

• August 28th 2017 from 11 am to 11 pm
• September 4th 2017 from 11 am to 11 pm
• September 11th 2017 from 11 am to 11 pm
• September 19th 2017 from 11 am to 11 pm

They will then drive you to your accommodation address and help you to settle in. We suggest all student to arrive at on these dates to take part of this service.

Please note that the pick-up service will take place in Dijon Train station; There is no pick-up at the Airport.

In order to prepare the orientation weeks and pick up services you will be asked to fill out the online registration form (even if you will not need this service).
